Orders ,Payments & Delivery
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during ordering .
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you please check the address before completing your payment.
It can take up to 10 working days to fulfil and process your order. You will receive and email stating when we have received your order and another email once your item(s) have been dispatched.
We use Paypal this is our preferred Payment method ,your payment will be taken via PayPal in their secure environment , Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards on our behalf. this include Visa, Delta, Electron, EuroCard and MasterCard Orders will only be accepted once the payment transaction be completed with full payment.
Brooke Ava Candles uses Correos is the Spanish postal service , For international customers, we will send with Correos or the most cost effective service provider at the time
It can take up to 3-5 working days for your order to reach you . You will receive an email once your item(s) have been dispatched.
please contact us as soon as possible if you items dont arrive with the time frame , but please bear in mind and allow extra time for situations out of our control like the current Covid 19 Pandemic .
Collection in the Alicante Region is possible ,please use the drop section at check out to choose this option ,once your order is ready we will send you a text message to arrange the collection .
Returns & Refunds
Our customers experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping enjoyable ,easy and straightforward . If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
The product must be in original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
Damaged items
At Brooke Ava Candles , every product is checked to ensure that the highest standards have been met prior to dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery , You can contact us via our email address
When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and your contact details
. Furthermore, please submit any supporting evidence of the problem. We will discuss your options at the time of contact. If your delivery package is badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the delivery company.
